At More Matcha, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@morematcha.club with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@morematcha.club with a photo of the item and details of the issue.
